29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): There were no visible gauges, audible alarms or pressure activated devices installed in paint spray booths to indicate or ensure that the required air speed was maintained. a) Little Booth: On and prior to February 12, 2026, employees performed spraying activities using Cardinal powder coatings which are Category 1, 2, and 3 flammable solids and Sherwin Williams paint products which are Category 2 and 3 flammable liquids. The paint booth did not have a means to ensure flammable air-suspended powders or vapors were adequately exhausted.

29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) Big Booth: On and prior to February 12, 2026, employees performed spraying activities using Sherwin Williams paint products which are Category 2 and 3 flammable liquids. Cardboard boxes containing powder coating products used during spraying activities were stored against the south-west side and 16" from the booth wall.
