Crogan St, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, Roof: On or about 02/12/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

Crogan St, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, Roof: On or about 02/12/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet to the lower level. Employees engaged in roofing activities had not been provided with fall protection training to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to follow to minimize those hazards.
