29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) New construction at Lots 64-70, 5892 Serenade Ave., Braselton, GA 30517, Top plate: On or about 02/06/2026, employees were exposed to impalement hazards when approximately 40 pieces of 23?inch exposed rebar were left uncapped and uncovered in the work area. These conditions existed while employees were performing framing operations, creating a risk of serious injury.
