29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Commercial building located at 211 Woodpark Place, Woodstock, GA 30188: On or about 02/13/2026, employees engaged in masonry activities using a JLG aerial lift were exposed to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the lower level, in that required fall protection/fall arrest was not used while positioned inside the lift basket.
