29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) A) 998 Mclean Avenue, Yonkers - NY: Employees were working on a fabricated framed scaffold that was not fully planked. The level in which they were working only had approximately 1 metal plank on it. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 - feet, on or about February 13th, 2026.
