29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program was not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) Job site 4401 Ohio River Boulevard, Bellevue, PA: On or about February 13, 2025 during construction activities, the employer did not ensure a system of hazard identification and abatement was implemented at the job site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to use fall protection where necessary, not providing handrails along stairs, temporary wiring not being protected from contact and no actions taken to prevent slips/falls on ice and snow near the entry way area to the door.
