29 CFR  1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  A) Nicholson Corp. - 27 Ridge Rd., Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889 - An employee operated a table saw to rip wood without the required safety guard installed over the blade. This condition exposed the operator to a point?of?operation hazard. While cutting shims, the employee's fingers came into contact with the unguarded portion of the blade, resulting in lacerations to the index, middle, and ring fingers.  Occurred on February 13, 2026
