29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a.) Maintenance Room - On or about February 6, 2026, an employee was injured while installing a hydraulic cylinder when the cylinder, suspended on the forks of a forklift (Kalmar Forklift, Model C50BXH PS) by a Wear-Flex Strap, slipped and crushed the employee's fingers, resulting in a right ring finger fracture and partial amputation of the right middle finger.
