29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) At the new commercial construction site located at 1518 SR 138 SE Conyers GA 30013, Roof: On or about 2/17/2026, the employer failed to ensure that frequent and regular inspections were performed. As a result, hazardous conditions including the lack of personal protective eyewear, inadequate head protection, absence of fall protection, and improper erection and use of ladders were not identified or corrected.
