Visible gauge device installed did not indicate or insure that the required air velocity is maintained. a) Production floor Booth 5: On or about 02/17/2026 the average air speed over the open face of Booth 5 was measured to be 50 linear feet per minute (LFPM), and the visible gauge was not in working order, exposing employees to flammable spray paint mist. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
