29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii):The employer did not provide refresher training to all employees engaged in the unsafe operation and use of forklifts: a) Warehouse located at 4646 Distribution Parkway, Suite 400, Buford, GA 30519: On or about 02/18/2026, employee operating a powered industrial truck had been involved in an incident. The employer did not ensure that the operator received the refresher training and evaluation required following the incident.
