29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Ground Level, Wheel Aisle: On or about February 17, 2026, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the tire aisles were kept free and clear of stored materials such as tires and rims which narrowed the required width for an exit access of 28 inches. This condition potentially exposed employees to tripping and egress hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: East Wall, Electrical Panel: On or about February 17, 2026, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the working space in front of their electrical panel next to a compressor was not used for storage. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. Employees were exposed to the potential of shock and/or fire hazards.
