29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: Location: Fabrication Shop On or about February 19, 2026, the employer did not maintain an audiometric testing program for employees operating hand grinders/polishers and routers. Employees were previously found to be exposed to noise levels of up to 95.1% dose which is above the action level of 50% dose (85 dBA).
