29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): Employees shall be informed of the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section: At an establishment located at 6610 Nuclear Road in Two Rivers, Wisconsin; employees had not been informed of the location and availability of the safety data sheets (SDS) required by this section. The applicable SDS for chemicals such as but not limited to gun cleaner/lubricant, were located on an accessible website; however, employees were not informed on how to locate and access them.
