Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  Location: 39 Pine Grove St, Needham. Rear of house  On February 20, 2026, Employees accessed a ladder jack scaffold by crawling out an attic window, across the roof, and dropping down onto the scaffold. There were no ladders or other dedicated means for accessing the scaffold.
