29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: Location - Loading dock 30. On or about 2/19/2026, the wheel chocks on a tractor trailer truck were removed while an employee was operating a powered industrial truck (PIT) on the back of the truck to load the trailer.
