29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 21 East Surf Way, Lavallette, NJ - Employees working approximately 22 feet above the ground were not provided with a fall protection system while engaged in residential construction, thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. An employee working for the company suffered severe injuries when he fell approximately 22 feet while attempting to pull a truss up to the top level of the structure. This condition was noted on or about February 20, 2026.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
