29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun.  a) New residential construction located at 33 Opus Ln., Braselton, GA 30517: On or about 2/19/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating these tools engaged in siding activities.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) New residential construction located at 33 Opus Ln., Braselton, GA 30517: On or about 2/19/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees while engaged in siding installation activities on a pump jack scaffold system.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) New residential construction located at 33 Opus Ln., Braselton, GA 30517: On or about 2/19/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the lower ground level, in that the ladder used to access the roof of the structure was not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface or secured to prevent accidental movement during use.
