29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) 5318 Mulberry Creek Way, Lot 88, Braselton, GA/ On the Roof : On or about February 23, 2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 150 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 5318 Mulberry Creek Way, Lot 88, Braselton, GA/ On the Roof : On or about February 23, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.
