29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) On or about 02/24/2026, at the new residential construction site located at 6995 Melody Ridge Rd., Buford, GA 30518, the employer exposed employees to a collapse and fall hazard of approximately 13 feet 7 inches to the lower ground level. The scaffold supports were not set on base plates, mud sills, or any other firm and adequate foundation.
