29 CFR  1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of:  On or about February 22, 2025, at the worksite of 1370 East Hiawatha Drive, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965, a maintenance technician was attempting to power wash the indoor pool area using a gas powered pressure washer and was exposed to carbon monoxide at a level of 298.2 ppm on an 8 hour Time Weighted Average, approximately 5.96 times the OSHA PEL of 50 PPM. This exposure was determined by Carboxyhemoglobin calculations.
