On top of a structure located at 14307 Firebird Drive, Lot 66, Jacksonville, FL: On or about February 25, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees conducting framing operations. The Vicente Framin, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678251, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 9113 Joannes Way Lot 28, Jacksonville, FL.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a. Positioned on the side of a structure located 14307 Firebird Drive, Lot 66, Jacksonville, FL: On or about February 25, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a 12-foot Little Giant ladder used to access the top of the structure and did not extend three feet above the eave as required. The Vicente Framin, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1678251, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 9113 Joannes Way Lot 28, Jacksonville, FL.
