29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 3dr floor: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while engage in framing activities for the 3th floor walls. there was 2 places with missing guard rails and employees were working next to the opening without utilizing personal fall arrest system, on or about 2/26/26.
