29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about February 26, 2026, at a newly constructed commercial retail building, an employee was installing metal framing to the exterior of the building from the basket of a JLG 660SJ aerial lift without a body belt with lanyard connected to an anchorage point on the boom or basket of the lift.
