29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about February 26, 2026, at newly constructed commercial building located in Cypress, Texas, employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet when installing plywood to the exterior of the building from the basket of a MEC Boom 60-J aerial lift, without being trained to recognize and minimize hazards associated with falls.
