29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 9700 Pacific Ave., Wildwood, NJ 08260: Employees engaged in framing installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards roughly 30 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working near unprotected edges of the third-floor and second floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/26/2026. The LG Construction 1 Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1745090, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 400 E. Magnolia Ave, Wildwood, NJ.
