29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii): Modifications or additions which affect the capacity or safe operation of the equipment were made without the manufacturer's written approval: a) New residential construction located at Lot 89 Opulence Lane, Braselton, GA 30517: On or about 02/27/2026, the employer exposed employees to potential struck-by hazards while operating a Genie forklift truck, in that a job-made trash bin attachment use for debris was used on this equipment without approval by the manufacturer.
