29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  On or about September 15, 2025, on the roof of a residential building, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing roofing work activities from a work level that was more than six(6) feet to the ground below.  Saul Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736566, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2612 Tracy's Manor, Yukon, OK 73099.  Saul Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1742405, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 7313 NW 150th Terrace, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed.  On or about September 15, 2025, at the side of a residential building, employees accessed the roof using extension ladders and the siderails did not extend at least three(3) feet above the landing.  Saul Cruz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1742405, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 7313 NW 150th Terrace, Oklahoma City, OK 73142.
