The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.  a)  Parking lot: Propane compressed gas cylinders were not secured in a stand and /or to a wall structure to prevent the tank from being tipped over from unintentional contact. Exposed to vehicle traffic such as but not limited to vehicles and powered industrial trucks, on or about 3/2/2026.  b) Loading dock/Front:  Propane compressed gas cylinders were not secured in a stand and /or to a wall structure to prevent the tank from being tipped over from unintentional contact.
