29 CFR  1926.502(b)(1): The top edge of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:  a) Job site, 600 West North Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 27, 2026 during construction activities, the employer did not ensure the parapet wall along the roofline was of adequate height to serve as a guardrail system in that the the existing wall was determined to be approximately 29 inches tall.
