29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: KITCHEN/1388 EAST MAIN STREET, MERIDEN, CT 06450. On or about March 1, 2026, and times prior to, the employer did not ensure hand tools such as a pusher, plunger, stomper and/or a safety guard was used to manually manipulate meat into a Weston meat grinder. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
