29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On 3/5/2026 at worksite located at 1691 Valier Point Zephyrhills, FL. 33540 Lot 16 Block 40: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 ft 3 inches in that the employer did not enforce the use of personal fall arrest systems while performing framing operations and their personal fall arrest system wasn't properly anchored.  b) On 3/5/2026 at worksite located at 1691 Valier Point Zephyrhills, FL. 33540 Lot 16 Block 40: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 ft in that the employer did not ensure that there were guard rails around the stairs between the second and first floor of the building that the employees used.  c) On 3/5/2026 at worksite located at 1691 Valier Point Zephyrhills, FL. 33540 Lot 16 Block 40: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 ft in that the employer had a personal fall arrest system that wasn't properly anchored.
