29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Throughout the facility; On or about March 3, 2026, the employer did not conduct an annual audit of the machine specific energy control procedures to include, but not be limited to, the Roto-Rewind, Mark 7, CEIB, Mark 13A & Turret, Mark 17 & Turret, Mark 13B & Turret, the Rotoflex A, and the Rotoflex B to ensure they provided adequate detail per the energy control covered tasks and were being followed.
