29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a) Hogans Ranchers Agra Services, Inc., 100 West Milwaukee Avenue, Deer Lodge, MT: On or about March 2, 2026, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating forklifts to move materials and product. The employer failed to ensure employees were certified to operate a forklift.
