29 CFR  1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970.  On or about: March 4, 2026 Location: 30 Pocatico St. Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591 first, second, and third floor of remodeled sections  a) Three fire extinguishers were set on the ground and not on mounting hooks or mounting stands. Workers exposed to tripping hazards.  b) Two of the three fire extinguishers were not within effective pressure range which would allow them to be usable in the event of a fire. Workers exposed to fire hazards.  c) The inspection tags for three fire extinguishers were marked as not having been inspected for several months since April 2025. Workers exposed to fire hazards.
