29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) New single-family residential structure located on lot #23 at 176 Classic Overlook, Homer, GA 300547/Roof - On or about 03/05/2026, the employer exposed employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet 9-inches to the lower ground below, in that an adequate fall protection system was not utilized while working from the roofing area.
