29 CFR  1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) Aerial Lift: On or about, 03/10/2026, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 8-inches to the lower ground level, in that the employer failed to ensure that fall arrest system was worn and attached to the boom or basket for employees engaged in sign installation activities.
