29 CFR  1926.102(a)(2):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects.  a. On or about March 10, 2026, at LOT 378: employees were exposed to stuck-by hazards while using pneumatic nail gun at 90psi, in that eye or face protection was not used while working on the roof.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about March 10, 2026, at Lot 378: employees were exposed to an approximately 10-foot 6-inch fall hazard while installing shingles on a roof with a 5:12 pitch, in that fall protection system, such as lanyards were not used during this activity.  Arriaga's Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1812042, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-23-2025, with respect to a workplace located at 4200 Symphony Cir Sanford Florida 32771.
