Condition observed on or about 03/10/26.  b- South Facing - 2035 Burlington - Mount Holly, Westampton NJ. - Workers was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 16 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing EIFS preparation,  installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose walking and working surface was missing end stops and screens (running the continuous length of those pump jack scaffolds in use by these workers).  Condition observed on or about 03/10/26.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
