29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, or rotating parts: a. In the laminator area, at 725 Summerhill Drive, Deland, Florida: On or about March 04, 2026, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a crushing and/or amputation hazard, in that the conveyor did not have a guard installed to protect from the nip points produced by the machine as employees work to remove insulation material and accumulated debris from the conveyor.
