29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) New residential construction located at Lot #16 Brook Landing Cir., Auburn, GA 30011: On or about 3/12/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees while engaged in siding installation activities on a pump jack scaffold system.
