29 CFR  1910.147(c)(1):The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:  a) 431 S. Main St, Williamstown, NJ: The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training, and periodic inspections before employees performed service or maintenance, such as but not limited to die changes on press breaks, and the roller, cleaning and preventative maintenance on the production floor. Observed on or about 3/12/26.   NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.

Main St, Williamstown, NJ: The point of operation on the 2 Accurpress Press Breaks designated 7052, and 7608, were not guarded to protect employees against pinch points. Observed on or about 3/12/26  b) 431 S. Main St, Williamstown, NJ: The point of operation on the Americor roller machine was not guarded to protect employees against pinch points/Ingoing nip points from the rollers. Observed on or about 3/12/26.  c) 431 S. Main St, Williamstown, NJ: The point of operation on the Pearson shear machine was not guarded to protect employees against caught between hazards from the shearing blade. Observed on or about 3/12/26.
