29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section.  a) New residential construction located at 509 Hayes Lane, Holly Springs, GA 30188, Backside of structure: On or about 03/13/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet, 2 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities using a pump jack scaffold system.

29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area.  a) New residential construction located at 509 Hayes Lane, Holly Springs, GA 30188, Backside of structure: On or about 03/13/2026, employees performing siding activities on scaffolds had not been trained to recognize fall hazards while engaged in siding activities using a pump jack scaffold system at heights over 10 feet from the lower level.
