29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)Multi-unit apartment project located at 2294 Iris Drive SE, Conyers, GA 30094, Lots 19 through 24 - On or about March 13, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet above the ground in that, the employer failed to ensure fall protections were provided to employees engaged in residential construction activities.
