Note: The requirements applicable to construction work under this paragraph are identical to those set forth at '1910.178(l) of this chapter.  29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph (l). The certification did not include the name of the operator, the date of training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training and evaluation. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  A) 182 W 18th St Bayonne, NJ 07002  Employees were allowed to use an a-frame ladders as a straight ladder.  An 8 ft.  step ladder, being used to access the interior upper floors of the building, was being used as a straight ladder which was not the purpose for which the ladder was designed exposing employees to fall hazards.  Occurred on or about 3/13/2026

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a)  A) 182 W 18th St Bayonne, NJ 07002  Employees were working at heights reaching up to 34'9'' without any means of fall protection in place  Hazards noted on or about 03/13/26   Camil's General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589376 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-24-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Cherry Valley Rd Princeton, NJ 08540.

Hazards noted on or about 03/13/26   Camil's General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589376 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-24-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Cherry Valley Rd Princeton, NJ 08540.
