A) 14 Convery Blvd Woodbridge, NJ 07095 - The employer did not ensure that walking?working surfaces used to access the workstation, including the air?testing station, were maintained free of hazards. Employees are exposed to tripping hazards when traversing a walking?working surface that requires crossing an approximately 30?inch?wide conveyor belt.   Hazards observed on or about March 17, 2026.

29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level.  A) 14 Convery Blvd Woodbridge, NJ 07095 - The employer did not ensure that egress routes were maintained free of tripping hazards for employees working at a workstation surrounded by conveyor belt systems. As a result, employees are exposed to tripping hazards when evacuating the building during emergency situations.   Hazards observed on or about March 17, 2026.

This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.  Incident occurred on March 13, 2026.
