29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) New residential construction - Lot 32, Golucke Way, McDonough GA: On or about March 17, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding installation activities while on a pump jack scaffold system.
