29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i): The employer's establishment had 20-249 employees during the previous calendar year and is classified in an industry listed in Appendix A to Subpart E of Part 1904, but the employer failed to electronically submit information from the establishment's OSHA Form 300A by March 2nd.  (a) Giles Enterprises, Inc., Montgomery, AL: On or about March 02, 2026, the employer failed to electronically submit information from their OSHA Form 300A, Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses or equivalent form, for calendar year 2025 on or before March 2, 2026. The establishment employed 124 employees during calendar year 2025 and was classified under NAICS code 332999.  Giles Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1904.41(a)(1)(i),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1734526, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 12, 2024 with respect to a workplace located at Montgomery, Alabama.
