29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) 400 S. West Blvd. Quakertown, PA - On or about March 18, 2026 employees working on a low-slope roof greater than 6 feet above the lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems and safety monitor system. Strober-Wright Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standards, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1535848, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2021 with respect to a workplace located at 75-77 North Bridge St. Somerville, NJ. Strober-Wright Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of a similar Occupational Safety and Health Standards, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1803504, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 8, 2025 with respect to a workplace located at 1432 NJ-179 Lambertville, NJ 08530.
