29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or near them: On or about March 10, 2026, McClintock Electric Inc., while conducting work on a job site for The J.M. Smucker Co. located at 918 N. Main Street Orrville, OH 44667, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while retrofitting 2x4 lighting fixtures in that electrical safe work practices were not used to ensure live parts were deenergized prior to beginning work.
